- Child Exploitation Material — any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation. We report all instances to law enforcement immediately.
- Copyright Infringement — unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, including pirated software/games/applications, illegally shared movies/TV/music, copyrighted books/articles, and cracked software or key generators. We comply with the Copyright Act 1957 and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.
- Illegal Pornography — content depicting non-consensual acts, minors, or content that violates the Information Technology Act 2000 and Indian Penal Code provisions on obscenity.
- Fraudulent Activities — phishing websites or fake login pages, investment scams, pyramid/Ponzi schemes, HYIP, counterfeit goods, identity theft or impersonation, and credit card or financial fraud.

- Defamation and Harassment — content that violates Indian defamation laws, promotes hate speech, incites violence, or harasses individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Email and Messaging Abuse
Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam) is strictly prohibited, including mass emails to recipients who have not opted in, emails without valid unsubscribe mechanisms, purchased or scraped email lists, and email bombing or flooding. Phishing and email spoofing (impersonating other entities, falsifying headers) are prohibited.
Email Sending Limits
| Shared Hosting | 500 emails per hour |
| VPS / Cloud | 1,000 emails per hour |
| Dedicated Servers | 2,000 emails per hour |
| Custom Limits | Contact support |
Exceeding these limits without prior approval may result in temporary suspension to protect our mail server reputation.
Security Violations
- Hacking and Unauthorized Access — attempting to access accounts/systems/networks without authorization, password cracking or brute force, exploiting vulnerabilities without permission, unauthorized port scanning/probing, and SQL injection or XSS attacks. Security research and penetration testing require written approval from both us and the target system owner.
- Malware and Viruses — hosting, distributing, or executing viruses/trojans/worms, ransomware, keyloggers/spyware, botnet command-and-control servers, or exploit kits.
- DDoS Attacks — launching DDoS attacks against our infrastructure or third parties, participating in botnets, or hosting DDoS-for-hire services.
- Open Proxies and Anonymization Services — operating open proxies, TOR exit nodes, or anonymization services that enable abuse. VPN services for legitimate personal use require prior approval.
Resource Abuse
- Excessive Resource Consumption — CPU usage above 80% for more than 12 consecutive hours, memory consistently at plan limits, disk I/O that degrades performance for others, or bandwidth exceeding 1TB per month on shared hosting without prior approval.
- Cryptocurrency Mining — prohibited on shared hosting and VPS plans. Dedicated servers may be used for mining with prior written approval.
- AI and Machine Learning Abuse — training large AI models or running high-volume inference on shared resources is prohibited. Contact us for dedicated solutions.
- File Sharing and Storage Abuse — running BitTorrent/P2P sharing of copyrighted material, operating public file-sharing or backup services for third parties, or using hosting for primary file storage rather than website hosting.
- Web Scraping and Bot Traffic — automated scraping that generates excessive traffic or degrades service is prohibited. Reasonable scraping for legitimate purposes is allowed if it does not impact other users.
- IRC Servers and Chat Networks — running IRC servers/bots on shared hosting is prohibited. Dedicated servers may run IRC with prior approval.
Your Responsibilities
- Account Security — keep passwords secure, use strong passwords, never share credentials, enable two-factor authentication when available, and immediately notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Data Backups — you are responsible for your backups. We perform backups for disaster recovery, but they are not guaranteed and may not include all your data. Maintain your own backups, store them in multiple locations, and test restoration regularly.
- Software and Security Updates — keep all software (CMS, plugins, scripts) updated, remove unused/outdated software, and scan regularly for malware.
- Legal Compliance — comply with the Information Technology Act 2000, IT Rules 2021, and Indian Penal Code; obtain necessary licenses; respect intellectual property; and include required legal pages on your website.
