Money-back guarantee applies only to customers who paid their first invoice with a credit card, bank transfer, or through our payment gateway.
Service-Specific Refund Terms
Non-Refundable Services
- Dedicated servers (hardware allocation costs apply)
- Domain name registrations (registry fees are non-recoverable)
- SSL certificates
- Setup and migration fees (when work has been completed)
- Custom software installation fees
Prorated Refunds
For annual or multi-month prepayments, we offer prorated refunds on unused months.
A cancellation fee of 10% or Rs 500 (whichever is lower) applies to cover administrative costs. Refund = (Unused Months / Total Months) × Payment Amount − Cancellation Fee.
Auto-Renewal Grace Period
If your service auto-renews and you immediately request cancellation, we offer a 48-hour full refund window from the renewal date. Requests must be submitted within this timeframe.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our services. When we fail to meet this commitment, you receive automatic service credits.

Credits are applied automatically to your next invoice. SLA credits do not apply to issues caused by factors outside our control, including client configuration errors or third-party services.
Eligibility Requirements
- First-Time Accounts Only: only first-time accounts are eligible. Previous account holders who canceled and signed up again, and second or additional accounts, are not eligible.
- Fair Use Policy: eligibility may be voided if excessive resource usage is detected during the trial period (sustained CPU above 80% for more than 12 hours, bandwidth over 1TB, or storage above your plan limit).
- Terms of Service Compliance: violations of our Terms of Service immediately void refund eligibility.

- Once approved, refund processing begins

Bank Transfer Refund Fee
For refunds via bank transfer, a processing fee of Rs 1,250 applies when the refund amount is under Rs 10,000.
We absorb this cost for refunds over Rs 10,000. The refund is deposited to your account within the timeline above once approved.
Consumer Rights
This refund policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 2019. You are entitled to refunds for defective services, services not as described, or material misrepresentation. Such cases are processed within 30 days of an approved request, regardless of the standard money-back guarantee period.
